If you have a few leftover ingredients around your kitchen and you’re hungry, there is no better way to enjoy a meal than making a quick, easy Greek style omellete! We call it ‘Greek Style’ as the usual Greek Omelette only uses eggs and deep fried potatoes. However, in many parts of Greece, hungry Greeks will add a few more ingredients such as cuts of meat, cheese, vegetables.
In this video, we also came across a pretty much empty fridge and we decided to make good use of what we had, in order to show you ho it’s done. When it comes to this omelette, you can use your imagination and play around with ingredients.

As soon as I saw the video title, I wondered if the Greek version would share similarities with the Spanish version (the tortilla). Some similarities. I like the way you can use up the smaller potatoes in this dish. Bravo

I'm going to give this a go when I'm out of hospital. I think I'm going to add oregano and feta as they are so tasty. Great recipe thank you for sharing x
