Greek Food Fest, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, St. Anne Orthodox Church, Lewisburg Hall, 6000 NE Elliott Circle, Corvallis. Greek meals and desserts will be sold throughout the festival. Wine, spirits and other beverages will be available. Live Greek music by Brett Pitner on bouzouki and Maria George on vocals is set for all day Saturday and Sunday; line dancers and dance instructors will be on hand. Arts and crafts items, icons, books and souvenirs will be available for purchase. Attendees can also take a self-guided tour of the Orthodox chapel on the second floor, and/or participate in a 30-minute presentation on Eastern Orthodox life and faith. Admission to the festival is free; parking is also free. There is a spillover parking lot a block away at Mountain View Elementary School. TUESDAY, Oct. 15

Academy for Lifelong Learning, 9:30 a.m., online and at the Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Ave. Suzanne Davis, owner of Love Yoga Studio in Albany, will present “Your Qi (energy) Matters: Qi Gong for Focus, Flow and Freedom.” Experience firsthand the benefits of being in a state of flow, while focusing on boosting your energy and freeing your joints. This playful, engaging workshop offers practical tools, a little humor, some Qi Gong and breathwork. Health and wellness can be fun. Dress comfortably. Monday Night Acoustic Jam, 6 p.m., taproom, Deluxe Brewing Company, 635 NE Water Ave., Albany. Weekly, open-invite acoustic-only jam event. Open to all ages and experience levels for acoustic musicians. The group lead, Sharon Carter, will be on site starting at 5; attendees are welcome to arrive early to begin practice. Sign up for all-player jam songs will start at 5:30. Participants are asked to come prepared to lead two to four covers all musicians may play. Deluxe Brewing is open to all ages, apart from the immediate bar area, and is always pet-friendly. The taproom serves craft beer, house spirit cocktails, cider, wine and soda.
