Excellent food tour sir. Just a fact about feta.feta does not have to be 100% from sheep milk .it can be a mix of 30% goat milk and 70% sheep milk.Keep it up mate!

so many treasures to discover..greece is full of…to bad the most visitors make the same mistake..they go try of standard places..this isnt greece this is the part of greece,the smallest..i will give u a simple example…if u come next time and stay many days try gyros from different shops…u will see that they make it diferent..and is the same for pites (cheesepie spinachpies bougatsa ect)…same for cheese..yogurt …even food..gemista mouzaka gontosouvli ..my point is if u ate something and u didnt like it maybe its just the recipe in specific shop(and if u liked u can find somewhere else the same recipe much better) …in every place/town/area in greece have diferent recipes diferent ingredients diferent way of cooking..i wish all the visitors could stay for a year and travel around greece and taste all the local flavors…bcause greece isnt only athens.
