Actor Nayanthara and her husband, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan, shared heartfelt birthday posts for their twin sons, Uyir and Ulag, as they turned two. The couple shared adorable pictures from their celebrations in Greece, where they marked the special day.
Nayanthara shared photos of her and Vignesh playing with their twin sons. She captioned the post, ” Happy birthday, my Azhagannnsss. Every second I spend with u both feels like I have lived a whole lifetime in that tiny second. Love Life Magic Strength is alllll you. Thank you for this surreal life (sic).”

Vignesh Shivan also shared a special note of appreciation for Nayanthara and heaped praise on being a great mother. He posted “My uyir u r the best mom I appreciate u for Successfully completing 2 years of taking care of these boys soooo unbelievably well while also working sooo hard, maintaining yourself, ur work discipline & handling everything so efficiently! U inspire me each and every day! But this day is jus too two 2 tooooo special for us & our lives (sic),” he wrote.
In a separate post on Instagram, he shared several pictures with his sons and wrote, “When I named u guys Uyir and Ulag. I really wanted you both to be my Uyir & Ulag! And that’s how exactly u guys have been to me! My little boys! Love you two as you Turn Two! Amma & Appa and the entire family have never been this happy in this entire life, the happiness and fulfillment you guys give us to prove that God has so much love on us and is in a generous mode when it comes to blessing us ! And I prayed so hard to know that you guys are also blessed immensely! With all these blessings from God & With all the love in this universe! Wish u 2 a very happy happy birthday my life & my world! Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan got married in Chennai on June 9, 2022, attended by close friends and family. The couple welcomed their twin sons, Uyir and Ulagam, via surrogacy later that year.
