A nationally known art festival with more than 165 artists from 20 different states, the Affordable Arts Festival is Sunday. Here’s what sets it apart: all the fine art is $150 or less. On the campus of Arapahoe Community College, 5900 S. Santa Fe in Littleton, it recommends the large crowd to arrive before 9 a.m. for vendors with coffee and pastries.
