🎃🥧 Day 1: Feel-Good Pumpkin Recipes



This Pumpkin Protein Smoothie tastes like dessert for breakfast and has 30 grams protein and 11 grams fiber so you wont’ be hungry 30 minutes later. There’s not protein powder in it so it’s great for kids too, mine love it (especially with the whipped cream ;)!
  
HOW TO MAKE IT
 
Recipe:
* ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 
* 1 cup milk
* 1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
* ⅓cup canned pureed pumpkin
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1 Tbsp chia seeds
* ½ Tbsp maple syrup
 
Toppings (optional) 
* Whipped cream or Greek yogurt whip
* Pumpkin pie spice
Directions
* 1. Add the yogurt, milk, banana, pureed pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds and maple syrup to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
* 2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream or Greek yogurt whip and more pumpkin pie spice if desired. Drink right away (the shake will thicken as it sits, if prepping for later, stir in a bit of milk to thin it out if needed!)  
 
It’s so tasty and takes just 5 minutes to whip up when you don’t feel like cooking!
