   souvlaki is mostly considered ''junk'' food in Greece (especially pita gyros/souvlaki). It's rare to go to someone's home and have souvlaki for lunch. It's mostly something we eat out once in a while when we don't care about eating proper food.
   I'm just saying because i see a lot of videos where people call it ''the best greek food' , or that's mostly what they know about greek cuisine. In reality , we don't really think much of it here. It's like English Fish and chips ( only tastier lol)
