Wild boar spit roast recipe – Greece | Grill philosophy



Wild boar spit roast, with a special marinade for an exceptional taste. It’s best if the boar is small so it will be tender. Younger ones’ meat is lighter in color and softer. Grill them in a high heat almost from the beginning to enjoy it well done and juicy. Best internal temperature to remove it is 75-80°C (167-176°F).
