Your plan of action is exactly what I was thinking, but I’m not the coach. Like you’re saying here, and I thought the same, conditioning was/is not the problem. Obviously being so close to the next show a bulk is out of the question too. However carb loading, and monitoring it closely to get you more swole and visually impressive is a smart move. Never underestimate the bigger is better factor with judges.

Such and inspiration to many of women (and men) out there. You give someone who's struggling mentally or physically that buzz and motivation to get up and reach their goals! Your channel is more than just a 'prep or competing' platform, you make it suitable for everyone whither they are at the start of their competing process, arse deep into prep or just use fitness as a stress relief platform – it's amazing! Thank you. Cardio just wouldn't be the same (or potentially completed) without you haha.

Haha, I thought I was the only one who had a weird thing about peppers. I’m the opposite and only like yellow, red, or orange peppers and don’t like green ones. I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s weird about it though!
