Oooh how lovely! This is our standard winter salad in my family (im greek) but we dont use feta cause mum doesnt eat it, and we use vinegar instead of lemon. This looks fantastic as an alternative and i must try it ^_^ Also, it might look simple but remember that in Greece salads are usually just a sort of side dish we make to accompany the main meal, and usualy everyone shares it.
