This is a recipe for Greek roasted pork with lemony potatoes right out of the village. Filled with all the flavours of the small Greek village, this is a classic gourounopoula recipe typical of Sunday lunch or dinner in Greece. – 4-6 lbs. pork shoulder roast (fat ON!!!)
– 2-3 lbs. potatoes
– 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
– 4-6 cloves garlic
– Greek dried oregano
– Juice of 2-3 lemons
– Salt & pepper to taste
