Very cool info! I would agree with the guy who said a high fat diet is valuable. My diet is high in animal fats and olive oil, a good amount of animal proteins, vegetables, and nearly no carbs or sugars. Lost most of my superfluous body fat, have gained muscle quickly at the gym, and my body feels better than ever before in memory.

Lol modern medicine doesn’t know shit about health. All they do is drug people and allow our foods to be poisoned. Pushing fake diets and fabricated research on the unhealthy vegan diet and others. There’s a reason I’m trying to learn what ancient warrirors ate. They were probably 10x stronger than the average “healthy” male today for a reason.
When we were kids we used to study ancient global history and we were told without gr8 food there are no gr8 achievements
