The Alkis Niilend Quartet joins vocalist Demetra Tsagaraki at the Half Note Jazz Club (17 Trivonianou) for an evening combining original compositions with beloved Greek songs. The newly formed ensemble will present music from upcoming projects by its members, alongside reinterpretations of familiar melodies through a contemporary, personal approach. The performance brings together Tsagaraki on vocals, Niilend on guitar, Giannis Papadopoulos on piano, Jason Wastor on drums and Dimitris Koulentianos on bass. Blending individual expression with musical dialogue, the five musicians explore new arrangements and a distinctive collective sound, offering audiences fresh perspectives on familiar musical traditions.
