Celestyal has closed its most successful Mediterranean and Adriatic season to date, with passenger numbers up 4 percent and revenue rising 10 percent compared to 2024.
Operating from April to November, the 1260-guest Celestyal Journey completed Heavenly Greece, Italy & Croatia sailings and 22 Idyllic Greece voyages, each offering seven nights across seven ports. The 1360-guest Celestyal Discovery ran 69 departures of three- and four-night Iconic Greek Islands cruises.
“2025 has been another strong year for Celestyal so far,” said Lee Haslett, Chief Commercial Officer. “From expanding our itineraries and upgrading our fleet to pioneering sustainability efforts, we’ve seen record demand and yield across our Mediterranean programme.”
The season also marked a sustainability milestone: Celestyal Discovery became the first cruise vessel in Greek waters to operate on a locally produced marine biofuel blend, reducing CO₂ emissions by roughly 21 percent. Both ships are now preparing for the Arabian Gulf winter season.
“We now look ahead with real excitement as both Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery set sail for the Arabian Gulf, which is fast becoming the go-to destination for winter-sun,” Haslett added.
Celestyal Journey will depart on December 6, 2025, for a special Abu Dhabi Grand Prix cruise, followed by a seven-night Desert Days itinerary from Doha to Sir Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and Dubai.
Celestyal Discovery will join on December 12 for her inaugural Arabian Gulf season, sailing three-, four-, and seven-night Iconic Arabia itineraries, with calls at Abu Dhabi, Doha, Khasab, Dubai, Sir Bani Yas Island, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Celestyal’s Black Friday promotion offers up to 70 percent off Arabian Gulf cruises through March 2026 and up to 67 percent off 2026 Adriatic sailings. The one-week promotion runs from November 26 to December 2, 2025, with limited availability.
